Although, I do not take returns, if you have a problem with anything I have made, please feel free to contact me!
My ceramics are fired to a temperature and with glazes that make them non-toxic and waterproof.
There may be slight variations in the clay, designs and glaze since each piece is individually handbuilt by me from a slab or and other techniques.
If necessary, the customer pays for and is responsible for shipping back to me with packaging as similar as possible to the original.
